Searching for Metal Guitarist

hello everyone. me and a friend are putting together a heavy metal band in the florence area. we have a guitarist (named kevin), a drummer (named jim) and myself on vocals. we are currently a nameless band, but our style is straight on heavy metal. our influences lie amongst iron maiden, bruce dickinson, iced earth, (early) metallica, and judas priest. we are looking for one who wouldn't want to try and upstage our current one, but at the same time can hold their ground, and can do solos. this isnt a guitarist and singer make songs, you play type band. i am hoping for some sort of creativity from the whole band. if you can do backing vocals that can help too. final note: i dont care how good you are, or how you rank anywhere. if i dont get along with you, or if the rest of the band doesnt get along with you, then your out. if you want more details, contact me with your questions: AIM: Here2TwstYurMindemail/MSN: CompletleyRandom36@hotmail.com till next time
